In early 2002 a single mom established a small house cleaning company. She began by cleaning a handful of homes in the Metro Detroit area . Soon those customers began to request her to clean their small office buildings as well. Over the next few years the number of house cleaning and commercial accounts continued to grow. 

 

With her focus pulled in two directions, she made the decision to leave the house cleaning business and focus her efforts in growing and improving her office cleaning business. During this time, her company evolved. She instituted, and and revised many of the standard cleaning practices used by major janitorial companies. Through many years of trial and error she fine tuned a unique 10 step cleaning program that addressed many of the areas cleaning companies fall short in their service.      

 

With improved marketing and refined cleaning procedures, what was once a small cleaning company run from the kitchen table, grew to be one of the region’s leading commercial cleaning companies.  Signature Cleaning’s mission is “to be the region’s top janitorial company by providing high quality cleaning every time we clean and delivering exceptional service each and every day.” 

 

As of today Signature Cleaning has not lost a single account due to “bad cleaning.” By continuing to deliver the exact services customers want, listening the the customer’s expectations, and taking a pro-active approach in defining their needs, Signature Cleaning is confident it will continue to maintain this record.
